Social Community Management:

  1. Managing effective relationships with customers on social by portraying greater empathy, increased clarity, and voicing appreciation where needed.
  2. Respond to customers in a timely manner using social listening and community management tool.
  3. Manage and keep a regular check on sentiments and tags for all mentions.
  4. Regularly improvise on social responses in line with FAQs.
  5. Monitor, track, and report on feedback across all platforms.
  6. Coordinate & liaise with Digital Marketing and relevant stakeholders.

Social Listening and Reporting:

  1. Develop and understand the use of social listening and community management tool.
  2. Generate regular digital campaign report(s) to provide recommendations for digital brand development and content.
  3. Pull and interpret data from social listening tools including volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers, etc.
  4. Manage a deliverable calendar of recurring scheduled and ad hoc reports.
